Welcome to Lifespan Yoga online. I love teaching and the energy of a yoga class, but in 2020 I had to break through my resistance and I finally began to put my yoga course materials online. I have been focused on the 8 limbs of yoga, gentle and chair yoga for all stages of the lifespan including children and teens. All courses can be uses for Yoga Alliance CEUs.

Signing up for our school will add you to the Users list, but you still need to enroll in specific courses to access that content.
